Position Overview:
- The Administrative Assistant provides day-to-day administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations.
- The role involves managing records, coordinating schedules, handling correspondence, and supporting internal departments with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to management and staff
- Manage office files, records, and documentation (physical and electronic)
- Prepare letters, reports, memos, and other official documents
- Receive, screen, and direct phone calls, emails, and visitors
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate procurement when needed
- Support HR and finance teams with documentation and data entry
- Assist with staff onboarding documentation and record keeping
- Ensure confidentiality of company and employee information
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
& Qualifications
- Minimum of OND / HND / BSc Degree in Business Administration or related fields
- 1–2 years experience in an administrative or office support role
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and professionalism.
