This vacancy presents a chance to join a leading organization. Position Overview:
  • We are seeking a smart, reliable, and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations, handle administrative tasks, assist with content creation and advertising, and support logistics-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle general administrative and office support duties.
  • Support advertising and promotional activities (online and offline)
  • Create basic content for business promotion.
  • Manage records, documents, and basic reporting
  • Provide support for daily operational tasks as assigned
Requirements:
  • HND or B.Sc qualification in any related field
  • Experience in a logistics company or shipment booking is an added advantage
  • Must be computer literate (Microsoft Office, internet tools, basic content creation, graphic designing, powerpoint)
  • Good knowledge of advertising and promotions
  • Must reside within the Surulere, Amuwo Odofin, Mile 2, Coker Orile axis
  • Presentable, hardworking, loyal, and respectful
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
