Position Overview:
- We are seeking a smart, reliable, and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations, handle administrative tasks, assist with content creation and advertising, and support logistics-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle general administrative and office support duties.
- Support advertising and promotional activities (online and offline)
- Create basic content for business promotion.
- Manage records, documents, and basic reporting
- Provide support for daily operational tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- HND or B.Sc qualification in any related field
- Experience in a logistics company or shipment booking is an added advantage
- Must be computer literate (Microsoft Office, internet tools, basic content creation, graphic designing, powerpoint)
- Good knowledge of advertising and promotions
- Must reside within the Surulere, Amuwo Odofin, Mile 2, Coker Orile axis
- Presentable, hardworking, loyal, and respectful
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
