About the Role
This position offers a great opportunity for career growth within a dynamic organization. As Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing facility operations, managing multi-disciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise multi-disciplinary teams including cleaning and maintenance staff
- Ensure basic facilities such as water and equipment are well-maintained and functional
- Verify that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and safety standards
- Monitor energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness of facility operations
- Oversee building projects, renovations, and refurbishments
- Conduct routine floor walks and facility checks
- Draft reports and make written recommendations based on findings
- Partner with store operations to implement preventative maintenance schedules
- Coordinate with Head Office team for operational support
- Ensure required supplies are in place (diesel, plumbing materials, electrical supplies, etc.)
- Prepare monthly expense reports
- Receive and attend to communications from government agencies
- Maintain knowledge of facility systems and equipment
