## Title: Administrative Officer

About the Role

This position offers a great opportunity for career growth within a dynamic organization. As Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing facility operations, managing multi-disciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise multi-disciplinary teams including cleaning and maintenance staff
  • Ensure basic facilities such as water and equipment are well-maintained and functional
  • Verify that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and safety standards
  • Monitor energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness of facility operations
  • Oversee building projects, renovations, and refurbishments
  • Conduct routine floor walks and facility checks
  • Draft reports and make written recommendations based on findings
  • Partner with store operations to implement preventative maintenance schedules
  • Coordinate with Head Office team for operational support
  • Ensure required supplies are in place (diesel, plumbing materials, electrical supplies, etc.)
  • Prepare monthly expense reports
  • Receive and attend to communications from government agencies
  • Maintain knowledge of facility systems and equipment
