This vacancy presents a chance to join a leading organization. Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure a well-organized work environment
  • Manage office supplies, assets, and inventory; initiate procurement when required
  • Maintain accurate filing systems (physical and electronic)
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, memos, and meeting minutes
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding documentation, attendance tracking, and staff records
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with administrative policies and company procedures
  • Handle general inquiries and resolve administrative issues promptly
  • Support management with ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 5 years experience.
