Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a well-organized work environment
- Manage office supplies, assets, and inventory; initiate procurement when required
- Maintain accurate filing systems (physical and electronic)
- Prepare correspondence, reports, memos, and meeting minutes
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications
- Support HR functions such as onboarding documentation, attendance tracking, and staff records
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with administrative policies and company procedures
- Handle general inquiries and resolve administrative issues promptly
- Support management with ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 5 years experience.
