## Title: Accounts & Finance Manager

About the Role

An established company is recruiting for an Accounts & Finance Manager position.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
  • Professional certifications such as CA or ACCA are highly preferred
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial management, preferably within the financial services sector
  • Proven track record of managing budgets, financial reporting, and audits
  • Proficiency in financial management software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle Financials)
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and other financial modeling tools
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team
