About the Role
An established company is recruiting for an Accounts & Finance Manager position.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
- Professional certifications such as CA or ACCA are highly preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial management, preferably within the financial services sector
- Proven track record of managing budgets, financial reporting, and audits
- Proficiency in financial management software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle Financials)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and other financial modeling tools
- Ability to work independently and lead a team
