An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Position Overview:
  • We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join its team.
  • The ideal candidate must have strong accounting expertise within the real estate sector and the ability to manage financial records accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day accounting and financial records
  • Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets
  • Handle property-related accounting, reconciliations, and cash flow
  • Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements
  • Support management with financial analysis and reporting
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years’ accounting experience, preferably in real estate
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Experience with accounting software and MS Excel
  • High level of accuracy, integrity, and professionalism.
