Position Overview: - We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join its team. - The ideal candidate must have strong accounting expertise within the real estate sector and the ability to manage financial records accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day accounting and financial records - Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets - Handle property-related accounting, reconciliations, and cash flow - Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements - Support management with financial analysis and reporting Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years’ accounting experience, preferably in real estate - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting - Experience with accounting software and MS Excel - High level of accuracy, integrity, and professionalism.
