This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. Salary: 350,000 Net Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable products or services.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales reports.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales/client-facing role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent presentation and relationship management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); CRM experience is an added advantage.
