## Title: Account Manager
About the Role
We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Account Manager.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Business Management, Communications, Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, Business Administration, or a related field (minimum 2.2/Upper Credit)
Key Responsibilities & Competencies
- Penetrate accounts and meet with key stakeholders within accounts and sectors
- Develop and implement strategic and tactical account management initiatives
- Manage sales pipeline and guide teams through the sales process
- Conduct business development and nurture client relationships in a B2B environment
- Synthesize information quickly and present actionable insights to senior management
- Monitor and understand industry trends and local market dynamics
Required Skills & Attributes
- Structured thinking with strong analytical approach and sound business judgment
- Excellent research, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling
- Expertise in account management best practices and sales methodologies (Pursuit or similar)
- Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to influence and negotiate
- Excellent communication and business writing skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and collaboration abilities
- Creative, innovative, and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving data-driven results
- Active listener and motivated self-starter with action-oriented mindset
- Understanding of local market dynamics and regional business environment
