## Title: Account Manager

About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Account Manager.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Business Management, Communications, Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, Business Administration, or a related field (minimum 2.2/Upper Credit)

Key Responsibilities & Competencies

  • Penetrate accounts and meet with key stakeholders within accounts and sectors
  • Develop and implement strategic and tactical account management initiatives
  • Manage sales pipeline and guide teams through the sales process
  • Conduct business development and nurture client relationships in a B2B environment
  • Synthesize information quickly and present actionable insights to senior management
  • Monitor and understand industry trends and local market dynamics

Required Skills & Attributes

  • Structured thinking with strong analytical approach and sound business judgment
  • Excellent research, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling
  • Expertise in account management best practices and sales methodologies (Pursuit or similar)
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to influence and negotiate
  • Excellent communication and business writing skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal and collaboration abilities
  • Creative, innovative, and proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving data-driven results
  • Active listener and motivated self-starter with action-oriented mindset
  • Understanding of local market dynamics and regional business environment
