This vacancy presents a chance to join a leading organization. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and engage new B2B & B2C in commercial & industrial sectors. - Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans. - Manage client relationships from prospecting to post-sales support. - Prepare and present professional proposals, bids, and project quotes. - Track market trends and identify new opportunities. - Collaborate with internal & external teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Maintain accurate records of leads & sales pipelines. - Represent the company at industry events and client meetings. - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and drive performance. Requirements: - Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years’ proven sales experience in the HVAC sector. MBA will be a plus. - An established & verifiable portfolio of past projects handled, industry network, and impeccable sales performance. - Strong ability to generate leads and close deals within stipulated timelines. - Strong understanding of HVAC systems and project delivery lifecycle.
