## Title: Talent Development Manager

Position Summary

This position offers a significant opportunity for career growth. The successful incumbent will support talent attraction and development processes, building organizational capabilities for superior performance in the marketplace through effective resourcing, learning, performance management, and talent management.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

  • Support the recruitment process
  • Participate in candidate interviews
  • Develop and continuously improve the onboarding process

Organizational Effectiveness

  • Provide advisory support to line managers regarding organizational effectiveness
  • Support the HRBP and coach second-line managers on competency frameworks
  • Educate and guide employees on policies and procedures to ensure compliance

Performance Management

  • Manage the performance management process and ensure transparency
  • Drive cascade and alignment of organizational and functional objectives with individual objectives
  • Oversee the annual performance management cycle across the organization and all levels

Talent Development

  • Support the HRBP in driving strategy and policies for identifying, attracting, developing, and retaining talent to achieve a high-performance organization
  • Develop and maintain the employer brand as a differentiated employer of choice
  • Support the HRBP during annual talent review sessions and translate findings into talent development plans
  • Assess talent readiness and create corresponding talent development plans
  • Support the HRBP in facilitating and deploying succession and retention plans

Learning & Development

  • Implement staff learning and development plans in line with organizational objectives
  • Liaise with functional managers and facilitate the design of tailored learning solutions to meet business needs and improve capabilities
  • Maintain individual development records
  • Develop and maintain appropriate systems for measuring staff development
