Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle and ensure our organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, partnering with hiring managers, and implementing effective recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
• Source candidates using various channels including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and headhunting
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback
• Negotiate job offers, prepare employment contracts, and support the onboarding process
• Maintain recruitment reports, metrics, and talent databases
• Stay updated on best practices, recruitment trends, and labor market dynamics
• Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and employer branding initiatives

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–2 years of proven recruitment or talent acquisition experience
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HR databases
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work under pressure
• Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Compensation

N100,000 - N130,000 per month
