Talent Acquisition Officer at Sunrose Consulting

About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Reporting to the Head of Human Capital Management, you will source, identify, screen, and hire candidates for various roles within the company. You will provide input to ensure that teams consist of diverse and qualified individuals while managing staffing needs with a long-term strategic perspective.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and establish clear candidate selection criteria
• Source applicants through online channels and professional networks
• Create job descriptions and interview questions that accurately reflect position requirements
• Compile lists of suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references
• Organise and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
• Devise and implement sourcing strategies, including employer branding initiatives, to build pipelines for potential applicants
• Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive candidate experience
• Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear expectations for candidates and interviewers
• Maintain records of all recruitment materials, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Minimum of two years of experience in a talent acquisition role
• Full-cycle recruitment experience using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across various departments
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
