## Title: Talent Acquisition Officer
About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Talent Acquisition Officer to join our team. This role is central to building and strengthening our workforce through effective recruitment strategies and candidate management.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with internal departments to determine recruitment needs and develop hiring strategies
- Determine selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions
- Source potential candidates through online career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social media platforms, print media, posters, and flyers
- Manage hiring processes via electronic Applicant Tracking Systems
- Evaluate applications and screen candidates via calls or emails
- Facilitate pre-interview assessments and prepare interview questions
- Conduct in-person or video call interviews with shortlisted candidates
- Prepare hiring forecasts as part of the company's strategic planning
- Create awareness of the company brand and establish professional relationships with candidates
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or similar field
- 1–2 years of experience as a talent acquisition specialist or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems, such as Oracle Taleo and iCIMS Recruit
- Advanced knowledge of effective hiring platforms that attract suitable applicants
- Exceptional ability to screen candidates, compile shortlists, and conduct interviews
- Strong ability to liaise with internal departments and develop hiring strategies
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification from the HR Certification Institute
Compensation
N120,000 – N150,000 per month
