## Title: Talent Acquisition Officer

About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this Talent Acquisition Officer position.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Forecasting & Strategy

  • Assess organizational hiring needs and implement acquisition strategies
  • Forecast hiring requirements and plan manpower with Heads of Departments
  • Manage recruitment budgets

Talent Acquisition

  • Develop diverse sourcing strategies and oversee full-cycle hiring
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with recruitment agencies
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and manage recruitment agencies
  • Enhance employer branding through targeted initiatives and event attendance
  • Handle CV screening and conduct interviews

Stakeholder Experience

  • Improve recruitment platforms including the portal and HR HIVE system
  • Ensure high standards for all stakeholders
  • Refine recruitment processes for enhanced user experiences

Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Analyze recruitment metrics and generate reports and dashboards
  • Conduct surveys to gather insights for process improvement

Portal Management

  • Update job vacancies and track candidates on HR HIVE
  • Monitor requisitions and launch recruitment campaigns

Required Qualifications

Education

  • B.Sc or HND in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Arts, Humanities, or related field
  • Minimum Grade: 2.2 or Upper Credit

Experience

  • 4–6 years in talent acquisition and full-cycle recruitment
  • Proven experience in employer branding
  • Knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law
