Role Description - This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nigeria for a Talent Acquisition Manager. - The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent to meet the organizational needs of Palton Morgan Holdings. - The role involves collaborating with departmental leaders to understand hiring needs, implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing relationships with external recruitment agencies, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. - This position also requires maintaining compliance with employment regulations and fostering a positive employer brand to attract high-caliber candidates. Required Qualifications: - Experience with recruitment and talent sourcing, including identifying, engaging, and attracting qualified candidates. - Proficiency in developing hiring strategies and managing talent acquisition processes. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate and build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners. - Organizational and time management abilities for handling multiple tasks effectively. - Knowledge of local employment laws and best practices for recruitment and compliance. - Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications such as CIPM, SPHR, or SHRM-CP are a plus. - Proven experience in talent acquisition and managing the recruitment process within a professional environment is highly desirable.
