Role Description - This is a full-time, on-site Staffing role located in Lagos. - The Staffing Specialist will be responsible for managing the hiring process, including identifying staffing needs, sourcing candidates, and coordinating the recruitment process. - Other responsibilities include assisting with talent acquisition strategies, addressing customer inquiries within the staffing service, and supporting organizational growth by ensuring the right talent is sourced. - The role also requires collaboration with the sales and recruiting teams to provide excellent customer service and achieve company staffing objectives. Qualifications - Knowledge and experience in Hiring, Recruiting, and Staffing Services - Strong Customer Service skills to effectively manage client and candidate relationships - Familiarity with Sales processes, particularly in relation to staffing solutions - Ability to work well in a team, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Proven organizational and time management abilities - Previous experience in the recruitment or HR industry is an advantage - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred - Proficiency in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems is an asset Check how your CV aligns with this job
