Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategy
Develop and manage content calendar to ensure timely publication
Manage and oversee social media content across all channels
Measure and analyse the success of every social media campaign using tools like Google Analytics
Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of digital channels and activities
Optimise and monitor SEO and user engagement, suggesting content improvements
Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer for campaign management
Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
Collaborate with Commercial, Communications, and Product Development teams
Manage community engagement on all social media channels
Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to build a strong network
Create awareness and drive engagement with digital content, increasing traffic from audiences and stakeholder groups
Analyse customer and user data to inform strategy
Evaluate and implement improvements to digital strategy
Create integrated and cost-effective digital strategies
Map out how digital assets will be optimised for business results
Define and action digital events
Research the latest digital tools and interactive trends
Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
Attend relevant events and educational conferences
Provide constructive feedback and adhere to all rules and regulations

Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communication Science, or equivalent
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Firm grasp of emerging digital tools
