Position Overview:
- We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Service Center Assistant to support daily operations at our service center.
- The ideal candidate will assist customers, manage service records, coordinate repairs, and ensure smooth workflow within the center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to walk-in customers and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Receive and document customer complaints or service requests accurately.
- Maintain proper records of items received for service and repairs.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery.
- Follow up with customers regarding service status and completion.
- Handle basic administrative duties including filing, data entry, and report preparation.
- Ensure the service center is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Assist in inventory tracking of service parts and supplies.
- Process payments and issue receipts where required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND / SSCE qualification.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service or administrative support (preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office and data entry skills).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
