## Title: Senior Human Resources Manager

Position Overview

Pally Agro Products Limited is recruiting a Senior Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR operations and provide strategic support to the organization.

Location

Ashipa Village, Ogun, Lagos, Nigeria

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding
  • Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements and maintain effective liaison with regulatory bodies such as PENCOM, ITF, NSITF, NHF, and relevant labor agencies
  • Manage and supervise accurate and timely payroll administration, taxes, and employee benefit deductions
  • Provide strategic support and guidance to leadership on HR policies, labor laws, disciplinary processes, and organizational structure
  • Drive HR initiatives that support organizational development, staff engagement, and talent retention
  • Maintain updated records on all employee files, HR documentation, and HRIS system
  • Develop and enforce administrative policies and procedures that ensure efficiency across the organization
  • Manage workplace safety, health, and employee welfare programs in line with legal standards and best practices
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management decision-making

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5–7 years progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity
  • Demonstrated experience in payroll management, dealing with regulatory bodies, and administrative leadership
  • In-depth knowledge of Nigerian labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements
  • Professional HR certifications (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) – strong advantage
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and organizational ability
  • Proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office Suite, and reporting tools
