Job description

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates. Job description - Prospect and identify potential clients. - Present, promote, and sell real estate properties (residential, commercial, industrial) to clients. to prospective buyers. - Conduct property tours and explain features, pricing and payment plans. - Negotiate sales agreements, close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly sales target. - Provide professional advice to clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and property related matters. - Handle client inquiries promptly and effectively. - Collaborate with marketing /media team to execute promotional campaigns. - Attend property exhibitions, networking events, and open houses to generate leads. networking events - Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, investors, and partners. - Identifying new business opportunities and generating leads. - Staying up-to-date with real estate trends, activities and market insights. - Provide regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights. - Ensure all documentations, contracts ,and agreements are completed accurately and in compliance with company policies and legal standards. - Work closely with cross-functional teams in marketing ,product development, legal, accounts and customer service to align efforts ,leverage resources, and maximize sales opportunities . - Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives.
