## Title: Regional Sales Manager - Divine AG Solutions Limited

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to lead sales operations across the region.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior executives to establish and execute regional sales goals
  • Manage a sales team to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set objectives
  • Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals
  • Assist sales personnel in developing selling techniques and demand generation strategies
  • Develop specific plans to ensure both long-term and short-term business growth within the assigned region
  • Educate the sales team through presentations, seminars, and regular meetings
  • Review regional expenses and recommend improvements
  • Work in the field with team members as required
  • Identify new business opportunities for demand generation and sales expansion
  • Manage key accounts
  • Follow up on sales representatives' receivables to minimize outstanding amounts

Requirements

  • B.Sc Degree in Biological Science
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Regional Sales Manager in the pharmaceutical industry
  • B.Pharm qualification (advantageous)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must reside in Port Harcourt

Compensation

N650,000 per month
