## Title: Recruitment Officer

About the Position

Eko Maintenance Limited is seeking a Recruitment Officer to manage all aspects of the company's recruitment operations, including planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of both local and expatriate staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and develop recruitment plans for local and expatriate positions
  • Liaise with site managers and supervisors to determine staffing requirements
  • Fill current and future vacancies within the company
  • Handle job postings and source resumes for interviews
  • Conduct interviews alongside line managers
  • Contact successful candidates to communicate employment offers
  • Manage the onboarding process, induction, and orientation for new employees
  • Provide new employees with all necessary items and resources to perform their duties
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • 2–4 years of experience in Technical Recruitment or Talent Acquisition
  • Ability to make informed decisions about candidate suitability and provide hiring recommendations
  • Proficiency with recruitment software and tools
