## Title: Recruitment Executive

About the Role

Strivo Labs is seeking a dedicated Recruitment Executive with proven experience in a consulting or professional services environment to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent
  • Collaborate closely with team leads and management to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across diverse roles
  • Utilize modern recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, etc.) and innovative methods to identify and engage candidates
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate technical or culture-fit interviews
  • Maintain an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Track key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, offer acceptance rate, etc.) and provide regular hiring reports
  • Support employer branding initiatives and talent engagement campaigns to position Strivo Labs as an employer of choice

Requirements

  • 2 – 4 years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a consulting or fast-paced service-oriented firm
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies across technical and non-technical roles
  • Proven ability to identify, engage, and close top talent across multiple departments
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple open roles simultaneously
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR tools is a plus
