About This Role

We are seeking a proactive Recruiter to join our team on a 1-year contract basis. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and managing offers.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules with managers and candidates
• Manage the offer process and candidate communication
• Maintain recruitment records and reports

Requirements

• 1–2 years of recruitment experience (consulting or manufacturing preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles under tight timelines
• Must reside on the mainland, Lagos
