## Title: Receptionist
About the Role
A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join our reception team.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet all guests warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their stay
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Provide information about the hotel and local attractions
- Take reservations via phone, email, or in person
- Confirm bookings and manage the reservation system
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly
- Resolve complaints and issues to ensure a positive guest experience
- Process payments for rooms and other services
- Handle billing and manage cash transactions
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages
- Perform general administrative duties including filing and data entry
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (minimum requirement)
- Degree in Hospitality (preferred)

- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding customer service orientation
- Patience and professional demeanor
- Strong organizational abilities
- Ability to remain calm and manage multiple tasks during busy periods
- Proficiency with computer systems and property management software
- Experience with multi-line phone systems
- Fluency in local language
