## Title: QHSE Supervisor

About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as a QHSE Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the implementation and maintenance of the company's Integrated Management System and driving quality, health, safety, and environmental excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the implementation and maintenance of the company's Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 & ISO 22301)
  • Make suggestions regarding procedures and standards to enhance efficiency and improve product/service quality
  • Collect and analyze data to demonstrate the effectiveness of the IMS
  • Generate reports and submit them to the Direct Supervisor and Group QHSE on IMS performance and suggest improvements when needed
  • Evaluate the characteristics and trends of processes to include in risk assessments and ensure communication, updates, and application across all departments
  • Evaluate operational improvements in terms of QHSE
  • Organize safety trainings and safety games
  • Perform site audits and inspections
  • Promote IMS Programs and awareness within the organization
  • Monitor the implementation of the company's IMS policy
  • Provide regular safety tips for employees (EHS Alerts, Observations, etc.)
  • Conduct incidents and accidents investigations
  • Work closely with Group QHSE Representatives to ensure all procedures are properly communicated, understood, and implemented
  • Conduct internal audits according to the approved audit plan
  • Ensure Management Reviews are planned as per the Management Review procedure
  • Attend Premises Committee meetings with clients and QHSE Representatives to report on IMS issues
  • Supervise safety activities and initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with legal, client, standard, and other requirements
  • Ensure the application of Environmental Procedures
  • Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are filled on time and corrective actions are implemented where needed
  • Coordinate activities of various sections (procedures development, updates, etc.)
  • Assist in external audits as requested
