## Title: Procurement & Supply Chain Associate

TAG Energy Nigeria Limited seeks a dedicated Procurement & Supply Chain Associate to support supply chain operations and procurement activities.

Review and interpret clients' supply chain requirements, plan courses of action, and negotiate contracts as needed
Purchase materials, goods, and business services based on client specifications and requirements
Research and negotiate with suppliers and commodities vendors
Analyze and evaluate supplier bids, tenders, proposals, and quotations for review with the Supply Chain Manager
Negotiate prices and delivery conditions with vendors
Interpret inventory requests, production schedules, purchase requisitions, and orders
Monitor quality and timeliness of supplied materials and goods
Track purchase order status with vendors to ensure timely delivery
Communicate order status updates to clients

First degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Social Sciences, or a numerical field from an accredited institution
Minimum one year of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Warehousing
Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel)
Strong oral and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and administrative skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a small team environment
Capability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
