## Title: Personal Assistant to Managing Director

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and organised Personal Assistant to provide high-level confidential support to the Managing Director. You will deliver comprehensive secretarial and administrative services while ensuring effective planning and administrative systems are maintained efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full personal assistant support including managing all correspondence, phone calls, and administrative tasks
  • Draft routine letters and documents to a high professional standard
  • Prepare and file meeting minutes accurately and promptly
  • Act as the first point of contact for all correspondence and incoming calls
  • Proactively manage and coordinate the Managing Director's diary by prioritising and arranging internal and external meetings
  • Prepare appropriate briefing papers and materials for scheduled meetings
  • Plan and organise travel arrangements and accommodation as required
  • Maintain effective filing and data storage systems, including email management and document retrieval
  • Manage the Managing Director's domestic staff, including drivers
  • Plan and organise key organisational events as required
  • Develop relevant skills and undertake additional responsibilities to support organisational success
  • Perform any other appropriate duties as assigned
