## Title: People and Culture Associate – Recruitment and Compensation & Benefits

Position Overview

The People and Culture Associate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes and overseeing employee compensation and benefits administration. This role ensures we attract, retain, and reward top healthcare professionals while maintaining compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies
  • Manage job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes
  • Build strong talent pipelines for clinical and non-clinical roles
  • Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs

Compensation & Benefits

  • Administer salary structures, payroll coordination, and benefits programs
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and hospital policies
  • Manage communication and education of compensation and benefits programs to employees, ensuring they understand their benefits
  • Gather and report on employee satisfaction with compensation and benefits programs to inform improvements
  • Monitor and manage costs to ensure alignment with budget and financial goals
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date compensation and benefits data and reports
  • Manage employee benefits including health insurance, leave administration, and retirement plans
  • Support performance review and reward systems

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • CIPM or SHRM Certification
  • 3–5 years of experience in recruitment
