## Title: Office Assistant

About the Role

An established company is recruiting for an Office Assistant to join their team in Lagos, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize files, documents, and records (physical and digital)
  • Answer and route phone calls, handle inquiries, and provide customer service
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Prepare reports, documents, and correspondence as needed
  • Maintain office supplies; order and restock as necessary
  • Support team with data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing
  • Handle confidential information with discretion

Required Qualifications

  • OND in any discipline
  • Previous experience as an Office Assistant

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Location Requirements

Must reside in Lekki and environs, Lagos, Nigeria.
