About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as Mall Operations Manager. In this leadership position, you will oversee all operational aspects of the mall, ensuring smooth functionality, excellent customer experience, and strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution

• Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of various projects within the mall, including renovations, maintenance activities, and promotional events
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget to enhance the mall's overall appeal and functionality

Problem-Solving and Decision-Making

• Address operational challenges and resolve conflicts
• Make strategic decisions to optimize mall operations
• Handle emergencies and implement new policies

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with departments including security, housekeeping, marketing, and finance
• Coordinate activities across teams to achieve common objectives
• Foster effective collaboration to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive mall environment

Leadership and Mentorship

• Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to the operations team
• Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Lead by example and drive team performance to meet organizational goals

Process Improvement and Innovation

• Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement
• Streamline operations and implement best practices
• Enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

Technical and Customer-Facing Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee facility management systems
• Oversee customer service initiatives
• Ensure a seamless shopping experience for mall visitors

Compensation

N250,000 - N300,000 per month
