Install, inspect, test, and maintain electrical systems, equipment, and components
Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations during installation and maintenance activities
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions
Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components to restore functionality
Conduct regular testing and calibration of electrical systems to ensure accuracy and reliability
Utilize testing equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other specialized tools to verify proper functioning
Maintain accurate records of electrical maintenance and repair activities, including equipment specifications, wiring diagrams, and procedures
Collaborate with other technicians, engineers, and relevant personnel to address complex electrical issues and optimize system performance
Provide support to other departments in coordinating electrical work related to projects and upgrades
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to minimize the risk of accidents and injuries
Execute emergency repair procedures and collaborate with relevant teams during critical situations
Stay informed about advancements in electrical technology through continuous learning
Perform other related duties as required

Bachelor's Degree or HND qualification in Electrical Engineering or similar field
At least 3 years of working experience as an Electrical Technician

Sound knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment
Experience with the design and implementation of automated systems, particularly in manufacturing environments
Strong ability in software testing and validation
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with electrical testing equipment and tools
