About the Role
We are seeking a focused IT Recruitment Analyst to source, screen, and hire technical specialists for IT positions. You will be responsible for all aspects of the hiring process, from collaborating with hiring managers and writing job descriptions to extending offers to the most suitable candidates. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and a commitment to ensuring satisfaction across all parties involved.
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria (proximity is essential)
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with hiring managers to identify future job openings and technical requirements
- Write job descriptions and post them to relevant platforms
- Screen applicants for competency alignment with job requirements
- Arrange and coordinate telephone, video, and in-person interviews
- Conduct background and reference checks
- Present resumes of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Extend job offers and complete relevant documentation
- Track all applicants and maintain communication throughout the application process
- Forecast recruitment budgets
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related engineering field (minimum grade 2.1)
- Strong working knowledge of technology, technical roles, and technical skills
- Understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
- Experience in technical recruitment processes and platforms
- Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree
