Human Resources Specialist

Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job analysis, sourcing, screening, and interviewing - Develop and maintain effective recruitment channels and talent pipelines - Handle onboarding, probation, exits, and other HR administrative procedures - Assist in the development and optimization of HR policies and processes - Support employee relations, performance management, training, and other HR functions - Collaborate with different teams to solve HR-related issues and ensure smooth communication Requirements: - Based in Ibadan - Minimum 2 years of HR experience, with strong talent sourcing and hiring capability - Experience in tech, fintech, or telecommunications industries is highly preferred - Proficient in office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) - Strong communication and coordination skills - High level of responsibility, execution ability, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
