## Title: Human Resources Officer

Role Summary

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to support daily HR operations. The HR Officer will manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, employee relations, documentation, and compliance. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work professionally with all departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with staff recruitment, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding processes
  • Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases
  • Support payroll preparation by gathering attendance, leave, and deduction details
  • Handle employee queries professionally and support positive staff relations
  • Monitor attendance, leave management, and policy compliance
  • Support performance reviews and probation evaluations
  • Prepare HR reports and ensure proper documentation and filing
  • Assist with HR policies, procedures, and compliance across branches

Requirements

  • Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of HR experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organization and documentation ability
  • Knowledge of HR processes and basic labor laws
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
