## Title: Human Resources Officer

About the Role

An established company is seeking a Human Resources Officer to join their team in Lagos, Nigeria. This role involves overseeing key HR functions and ensuring compliance with labour laws and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with industry standards
  • Manage employee relations, conflicts, and grievances
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labour laws and regulatory requirements
  • Facilitate performance reviews and support professional development
  • Conduct training sessions on general HR activities, including employee orientation, performance management, and compliance training

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of HR experience in a healthcare or related setting
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluency in Hausa is an added advantage
