Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment and hiring process, create job descriptions, and develop onboarding and training programs
- Act as a liaison between employees and management, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and ensure organizational compliance with all labor laws and regulations
- Oversee performance appraisal systems and manage employee benefits, compensation, and payroll-related matters

Requirements
- HND, OND, or Bachelor's Degree
- 3-5 years of work experience in human resources or related field
