## Title: Human Resources Manager

About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. You will be responsible for managing every aspect of the employment process, including orientation, training of new staff members, and managing payroll.

Responsibilities

  • Handle employment relations issues such as grievances and employee welfare
  • Lead recruitment process, onboarding and offboarding of staff
  • Manage staff performance and welfare packages
  • Ensure accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital formats
  • Provide detailed HR reports to management teams
  • Lead new starter company inductions
  • Manage talent pools
  • Oversee training and development of employees
  • Administer financial elements such as payroll, compensation and benefits

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in human resources
  • Accounting background is an added advantage
  • Female candidates
