## Title: Human Resources Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to oversee and refine our people strategies, culture, and HR operations. In this role, you will lead efforts in talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, employee engagement, and compliance, while driving a values-based culture that attracts and retains top talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals and values
  • Advise leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning
  • Oversee onboarding, evaluations, benefits, promotions, transfers, and exits with strong organizational oversight
  • Implement effective performance review systems and development plans
  • Support managers with coaching, feedback frameworks, and leadership development
  • Develop competitive compensation and benefit strategies that align with market trends
  • Manage payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with local labor laws
  • Champion a culture of collaboration, accountability, and inclusiveness
  • Drive initiatives that boost employee morale and internal communication
  • Lead employee surveys and translate results into actionable plans

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor regulations
  • Experience designing and implementing scalable HR systems and programs
  • Proficiency in HRIS tools and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional certifications such as CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI
  • Experience in fintech or tech startups
