As Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies, managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, and ensuring organizational compliance with HR regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop recruitment and selection procedures, including appointment, confirmation, termination, and resignation processes
• Plan and conduct new employee orientation and all onboarding activities
• Maintain employee benefits programs and oversee the processing of benefit claims
• Ensure compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource legal requirements, conducting investigations, and maintaining historical HR records
• Review, amend, and draft job descriptions and qualifications for all job positions
• Encourage employee communications and provide information to current and prospective employees about policies, job functions, working conditions, wages, and promotion opportunities
• Ensure proper management of staff resources and maintenance of occupational health and safety standards
• Allocate human resources, ensuring appropriate personnel match across departments
• Advise staff on all HR policy matters and recommend necessary changes
• Set KPIs with relevant managers and coordinate evaluations and appraisals of all staff
• Work with the Accountant and senior management to develop budgets and financial projections
• Ensure effective asset management, maintenance, and allocation across outlets and offices
• Map out clear HR programs and training schedules for capacity building
• Close all staffing gaps in the system promptly

Required Qualifications

• HND, B.Sc, or BA degree
• Minimum of 10 years of HR work experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial position
• Proven experience working as a Human Resources Manager in a reputable organization
• Passionate about HR and people management
