Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lagos. The Human Resources Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

• Recruitment and talent acquisition
• Employee relations management
• Performance management and appraisals
• HR policy implementation and compliance
• Ensuring adherence to employment laws and regulations
• Developing and implementing HR strategies to support business objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of professional HR experience
• Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and labor regulations
• Proficiency in developing and implementing HR policies and strategies

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM)
• Experience within the security industry
• Established contacts and network in the security sector
