Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. Position Overview: - We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead and manage all human resource functions within our client’s organization. - The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving HR initiatives that support business goals, ensure compliance with labor laws, and foster a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations - Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems in line with organizational objectives - Manage employee disciplinary processes, grievance handling, and conflict resolution - Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and statutory requirements - Lead learning and development initiatives and support talent growth - Advise management on workforce planning, compensation, and employee engagement strategies - Maintain accurate HR records and prepare periodic HR reports Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - SHRM-CP certification (compulsory) - Minimum of 5 years relevant HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role - Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices - Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
