## Title: Human Resources Officer

About the Role

Trove Maintenance Services Limited is seeking a qualified Human Resources Officer to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources operations, from recruitment to employee relations and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment processes including job posting, CV screening, and conducting interviews
  • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding procedures
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Administer payroll, leave management, and benefits programs
  • Support employee relations and resolve workplace issues
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
  • Organize training sessions, performance reviews, and staff welfare programs

Requirements

  • Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of HR software systems
  • Knowledge of labour regulations
