## Title: Human Resources Generalist

About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Human Resources Generalist at Reftop Homes Limited in Lagos, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, interviews, and staff orientation
  • Oversee employee records, contracts, confirmations, promotions, and exits
  • Implement and enforce HR policies, procedures, and workplace standards
  • Support performance management processes, appraisals, and disciplinary procedures
  • Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to management and staff
  • Coordinate training, staff development, and capacity-building initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal HR policies
  • Support payroll coordination, leave management, and attendance tracking
  • Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with Reftop Homes' values

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in an HR generalist role (real estate or corporate environment is an advantage)
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems

Work Requirements

  • On-site role based in Sangotedo, Lagos
  • Ability to work closely with management and cross-functional teams
